My husband is keeping a mistress which is his fellow OFW. I discovered the affair when he came home for a vacation. In his laptop, he is keeping a file of pictures of their sexual escapade and videos. Though they don't live under one roof and they could not cause their employers provided them accommodations. So every Sundays and holidays my husband would visit his mistress and, of course have sex.
Upon discovery, I confronted my husband and the mistress and they did not deny the affair. My husband promised me to end up the affair but lately I discovered that they still have communication.
Can I file a case against the mistress not including my husband? Can my case be heard even without the defendant since she is abroad? Can I also ask the mistress to return back to us all the monetary my husband has given her. Can I send all the pictures to her family just to make them believe of the affair?
