Good evening po.

Ask ko lng, kasi i got promoted as a QA from helpdesk and it's been 10mos and wala pa rin ung increase. Puro lng for approval ng paulit ulit same lng sinasabe. Ang sabe nung iba kong ka officemate eh ganon daw tlaga, at wla pang Retro un. wala lng ngrerekalamo. Ano po ba magandang gawin dun?

just wait.. wala ka namang ibang magagawa.. hindi mo naman pwedeng pilitin na bigyan ka nang increase.. hindi lahat nang promotion may kasamang increase..

before po kase kme pinromote we are already advised about the amount of increase. so i am sure we have increase. is just that, for some reasons eh nd pa nila narerelease. other promoted agents na sa ibang account napunta nkuha na nila increase nila. the reminder was constant for almost 10mons na po. anyway thanks much, if this is not valid NLRC case. false hope ang binibigay nila.
