I'm American and my wife is Filipina. We had a will drawn up in the USA several years ago. I know it doesn't count here for the distribution of the estate.
We do have a clause in there about if we both die at the same time, we gave percentages to different family members. Her's and mine.
Will this part of the will be legal carried out here.

ph law reserves a certain portion of property for those considered as compulsory heirs. beyond that, your free to distribute at will.

however, dying at the same moment is not a likely scenario, and ph law requires separate wills.
