Yung landlord ko po hinahabol ako sa damages daw po ng isang lumang kama na nasira na provided nya isang single bed na combination ng steel and wood ung paa. I have pa po deposit na 2750 sa kanya and we agreed na aalis ako ng may 30 so i did. He is now accusing me of leaving wihout notice and asking me to pay 6000 for the bed alone. If i will not pay daw he will send daw po a letter to my company's hr department. What are the legal steps that he can do against me in the absence of a lease agreement and payment receipts?Will my company entertain his claim?
