gud day po. ask ko lng kc we are renting for over 40 years na dito sa Paranaque city,namatay na ang mayari then bglang dumating yung anak ng house owner from USA last year2011 claiming sa kanya na nakapangalan ang titulo ng house & lot. ni wala sya ipinakita or hndi sya pormal na nkipagkilala sa amin. at nagsabing hangang Feb 2012 n lang kmi, without any notice o sulat. verbal lang. ever since wala po kaming contract of lease, kundi Verbal agreement lang din, this month March 2012 pumunta ulit sya dito at bnigyan kami ulit ng Warning to move out within 45 days. ano po ang rights namin dapat hingin sa mayari ngayon. bgla na lang kmi papaalisin. ano pwede nmin iDemand from them. financial assistance po ba to seek for a new home, kc dito na kmi namulat, nagkapamilya at naghanapbuhay. Mataas na ang Rental ngayon at dito rin po nakaenroll ang mga anak namin. pls HELP US DECIDE po. wala kming pera panglipat. ADVICE nyo po kami PLEASE. Maraming salamat. umaasa po ako sa tulong nyo.....

you are renting, you have no ownership rights at all. at most you can ask for a longer period to move out, but you cannot be forced out without a court order.
