ung abogado kopo naambush recently lang aug6 2010, naghehearing napo kami, next hearing namin sa sept 17 for markings po ng evidence, ngayun pong namatay sya diko na po alam ang gagawin at anu ang sunod na step, wala po akong makuhang abogado. halaos 10 taon ko na po nilalaban ang kaso nato sa lupa, na inaangkin ng ibang tao.hirap napo ako talaga financially emotionally ...tulungan nyo po ako. parang awa nyo na, nakamatayan na ng magulang ko tong kaso na to ako nalang po ang nagtutuloy, parang awa nyo na..

the rate of killings of lawyers seems to be increasing with more reports coming out day to day. i am sorry to hear about your lawyer. may his soul rest in peace.

i can understand your difficulty in acquiring legal representation, but even I would shy away. we are such easy targets with our declared schedules. keep looking around, perhaps there is one who is willing to take the challenge.

You can approach the College of Law Department of any law school near you. Most likely, they have a legal clinic. You might want to visit the office of the nearest Integrated Bar of the Philippines for free legal representation under their legal aid program.

ang gusto ko po sanang malaman kung anu na ba ang next kong dapat gawin, maghanap ng abogado para humawak tapos anu na po,? same procedure pa din ba acceptance fee kailangan pa din ba kasi po nakafile na lahat ng gagawin susundan nalang po ung case ay aatend po ng hearing?? atty advice po ng next move ko please
