So here is what happened to a friend:
She works sa isang cargo forwarding company which mostly deals with the Bureau of Customs. He resigned from the company last Jan. 15, 2010.
So, may isang shipment sila na nakaproblema daw sa documentation dahil kulang and hindi mairelease sa Bureau of Customs. So, siya ung sinisisis ng company niya dahil daw sa lack of information niya dun sa Processor nila tungkol sa documents. When in fact, ung operations/brokerage department should know what they will process and not him being the sales coordinator. Still, her previous company proceeds with the facilitation of the said documents last February and naglagay sila sa Bureau of Customs and hindi alam nung friend ko tapos sa kaniya gustong singilin nun company. Idedemanda daw siya dahil dun sa amount na yun pag hindi siya nagbayad.
Ano ang pwede niyang gawin? Saka ung pinambayad na lagay sa Customs, di ba illegal yun? Bakit sa kaniya sisingilin? Hinihingan niya ng proof ung company niya wala namang maipakita na nagbayad nga sila ng ganun sa Customs.
