Arresto Menor

Halimbawa po ba na ako ay may pina utang na tao at hinde siya naka bayad sa akin ay pwede ko po ba siya idemanda ng estafa? sa italy ko po siya pina utang at doon kami nagkapirmahan na babayaran niya ako sa loob ng 3 buwan. pero sa kasamaan palad ako po ay tinakbukhan niya at lumipat ng germany. Ang pinautang ko po ay german citizen at ako po naman ay pilipino citizen. pwede po ba ako mag demanda sa pilipinas kahit dito po sa europa nangyari eto?.. maraming salamat po..
