Need your help on this matter.

I have a standing labor case against my former employer for illegal dismissal before the CA. My former employer filed a petition for certiorari 2 years ago. I just received CA's resolution. It says there that the petition for certiorari has been denied and the NLRC decision is affirmed.

How many days to make the CA decision final & executory?

you should be able to discuss this with your lawyer. ask him about how the company can file an MR and a petition for review with the supreme court.

also ask whether he has filed a motion for execution at the arbiter's office.
