atty, i'd like to seek legal advice regarding my case. i was hired last april 22 and had signed my probationary contract and also a 3yr employment bond which states that when i leave the company before the term ends, i am obliged to pay 250k. that bond is for oct2013-oct2016. now, i ask my coemployee if they also have that bond and they said they have none, only the probationary contract. knowing that, im planning to leave the company the soonest possible time, habang hindi pa nila ko tintrain, because of that bond. if ever i stick to my plan, do you think i'll be legally liable to them?
