Arresto Menor

Consider po bang forum shopping kung nakapag file na po kami ng criminal case sa driver na nakabangga sa akin at civil case naman po para sa operator nung passenger jeepney. Gusto rin po naming mag reklamo o mag demanda sa LTFRB para hindi po maka-byahe yung involved na passenger jeepney, pwede po ba iyon?

Under our Rules of Court, Pag nag file ka ng criminal kasama na dito ang civil case maliban na lamang kung ito ay hindi mo isasama, by waiver or reservation. Hindi forum shopping kasi allowed ng Rules.
