Can I file a case against them? I have proofs and evidences that this is true.This is demoralization in my part and they don't have any proofs na nagpatunay na scammer ako. Walang akong natatangap sa kanila even a single centavo.There accusations are baseless.Please give me advice. Thank you

i have read parts of these forum threads, and I sometimes do see this pack mentality when people gang up on someone whom they believe is involved in wrong doing.

i must say that they are not completely basesless. the thing is, anyone who asks for donations on the internet should be looked upon with suspicion. and you have to admit you used a picture which was not truthful.

you also have to admit that after you posted your proof of the truth of your statements, the tone of many of the people changed.

now, if you will file a case, i recommend that you focus on those persons who still maligned you even after you posted your picture with the patient. you will need to learn the names and addresses of these persons.

i do not recommend a criminal case of libel. what you should look at is a claim for damages with a small claim. this is just my opinion. good luck.

there is no punishment in a small claim, just payment of an award.

i don't think any case against you will prosper because you showed that you were sincere in your request for donations. good luck.
