Arresto Menor

good day,
just want to ask the steps to file a case, ex bigamy case.
1. file a case
2. the judge will issue warrant?
3. the accused will be arrested and put to jail?
4. in case the case is bailable, does the accused will still be put on jail if can afford to pay the bail?

please help

the first step is to undergo preliminary investigation by filing a written complaint affidavit at the prosecutor's office
