STEPS IN FILING AN ANNULMENT CASE

Good day!

I am 30 years old. I am married with a 4 year-old son. My husband and I got married (civil) in Tarlac City where I am residing. My husband works for a company in Dubai, UAE. After we got married, my husband has been seen with someone (girl) who he has intimate relation with. I also found out through FB their affair, they posted it with their pictures too. For the past 2 years he has been cheating on me. Now, I want to file an annulment case. Please help. What are the steps in filing an annulment case here in the Philippines? He is now in Dubai, UAE working. But his relatives are here in Laguna. What are the requirements in filing the case?

First look for the grounds for annulment. that's the first step.
