My girlfriend is a Victim Of Bigamous Marriage... the man first married a girl in Bohol.... then he married my girlfriend in Manila... after she found out about his first wife they seperated... the man is now in a Cebu prison for 3 years waiting for his court case on Drug Charges....Atty can you please tell us How Do We Start To File "DECLARATION OF NULLITY" ?..

first, acquire the two marriage certificates from NSO, then you have to retain a lawyer to prepare a petition for declaration of nullity. it can be filed where your gf resides
