may leave po kami every month binibigay na pwede mag accumulate. sa department namin kahit adequate yung leave balance at justifiable at pinayagan ng management yung leave max of 5 days lang per quarter yung allowed, pag lumagpas nagbibigay sila ng penalty sa attendance performance na zero.
and they used this performance rating as basis for termination during cases na sobra yung staff. or to deny employees other benefits na base sa performance.
sa ibang department wala naman silang penalty katulad sa amin so kahit 6 days sila leave pwede pa rin passing yung rating nila.
note po na yung leave benefits are applicable to all employees as a priviledge regardless of department . at nung na hire kami wala naman sinabi noon na using the leave benefits at certain number of times ay mabibigyan kami ng penalty sa attendance performance na rating na zero
