Just wanted to know what the Labor Code states about Leaves:

Vacation Leave
Sick Leave
and cash conversion policy (if any.)

only 5 service incentive leave per year.. if more, company discretion na yun.. cash conversion again company discretion kung may memo regarding that or company policy.

So is it right to assume that (example) 5 of any of the VLs and/or SLs that one can use from day one of employment, could be identified as the SILs?

Any other policies and rules not in the labor code are at the employer's discretion, unless stipulated in an employment contract. right?

5 Leaves in a year is very small time period for a person this should be more.
