ano ano ang law po sa pangsasangla?
halimbawa tumanggap ka ng bahay at lote kapalit ng halaga sa tatlong taon kapag d matubos ay maextend ang kasundoan pero d po nakagawa ng kasundoan bago naterminate ang terms so invalid na po yong kapag d matubos maextend ang kasundoan ,,3 years period talaga lang. yon po ang advive sa kabilang law firm. ano po ba ang laws after dito remati (subasta) magkapaghingi po ba ako ng damages kung ayaw nilang iparemata,,,salamat po sana may reply po ako thnaks in advance po attorney
