Goog day atty. Gusto ko lang po sanang mag inquire about sangla-tira.ano ano po bang proseso ang dapat naming alamin bago pasukin ang bagay na to......marami rin kasi akong nababasa na mga case na naloko sila etc......please we need your advice.thanks ang God bless

the way to look at it is that you can retain possession of the property until you are paid. but it does not become yours, and cannot become yours if it's just a room.

Attorney sana matulungan mo kami,kasi may na sangla kasi sa amin na 2 kwarto, 18K 1 ay tinitirhan namin at ang 1 ay pinapaupahan ng may ari dati at sinangla sa amin ng 15K,kaya ang monthly rental ay sa amin,pero ngayon pinapaalis nya ang nakitra dun at ang ipapalit nya ay ang ex wife nya,ang sabe nya iaabot pa rin naman daw nya ang monthly rental,ang nakalagay sa kasalutan po ay habang hindi pa nya nababayaran ang kanyang utang ay nasa aming pamamahala ang kwarto,may habol po ba kami kung sisirain nya ang kasulatan kung handwritten nya lang po ito?
