hi po i just want to ask lang po, kase nagsangla po ako ng atm, tapos ngayon po nawalan po ako ng trabaho, pero nagtubo po ako at nakikipagusap pero yung co maker ko po ang nagdedemanda po sakin ng estafa ppwede po ba yun?

A criminal case of estafa needs a lot of elements to be proven in court, that is why sir xtianjames said it was far-fetched to use that against you.

What is more feasible is to file a civil case for collection of sum of money against you in a small claims court (depending on the amount of money involved).

its 25k but nagtubo pa naman po ako kaso bigla niya po ako nireklamo sa baranggay kase po close niya yung kapitan at yung sec. na nag hehearing dun, thats why natakot din po ako umattend sa brgy. hearing
