Arresto Menor

I ACQUIRED A MOTOR VEHICLE FROM A FRIEND WHICH I BUY FROM HIM IN GOOD FAITH. I LET MY OTHER FRIEND USED THE MOTOR VEHICLE SOME OTHER TIMES IN 2006. SINCE THEN SHE DID NOT RETURN THE MOTOR. I BORROWED THE MOTOR LAST NOVEMBER 2008 BUT WITH OUT MY KNOWLEDGE SHE HAS THE MOTOR BACK AND LATE LAST 2009 SHE MANAGE TO TRANSFER THE CERTIFICATIOn OF REGISTRATION TO HER NAME WITH OUT ANY LEGAL OR TENDING DOCUMENTS . CAN I RECOVER BACK MY MOTORT VEHICLE

was the vehicle transferred to our name? was your signature falsified? investigate how the vehicle's registration was transferred. go to the LTO office where it is registered and inquire.
