When I joined the company there is already an existing manpower contract, then the manpower agency was claiming that the previous contract that they had there were some discrepancy in the annex which was the breakdown of payment. The mandatory payment like SSS, Pagibig and Philhealth were over and the 13th month was under payment. They are now claiming for the underpayment and will also return the overpayment however the contract was signed by both parties. Can the company not pay the agency since the agreement was signed despite the fact that it is a mandatory payment.
