Ask Lang po sana makatulong kayo ung friend ko kasi namomoblema.

Ung Father nya serves as US military matagal ng hindi umuuwi sa pinas for more than 15 years at nung umuwi naman father nya namatay naman sa stroke dito sa pinas.

Question1: Pano ma claim ung mga naiwan ng father nya sa states like: bahay, benefits from the us goverment, etc..

Try contacting US Embassy or consulate in the Philippines. You can also contact the appropriate US government agency on the Net. If nothing happens, you can go to the Department of Foreign Affairs and ask them for assistance.
