gudpm atty. hihingi po sana ako ng advice s case ko. ngpakasal po km ng bf ko s manila city hall nung 2006. pero d kami nagsama kc d alam s amin kaya para lng kming mgbf p rn. ngunit nung tumagal hnd n km mgksundo at nagbreak n kmi. hanggang maging sila nung friend ko n teacher dn. nabuntis nya ito at ngpkasal cla s pasay city hall. aftr 6yrs ako naman ang nag asawa at ngpkasal s manila city hall. pwd ko b kasuhan ang ex ko dhl cya ang unang ngpkasal o pwd dn b nya akng kasuhan? ano po dpat namin gawin para maging legal ang aming kasal s mga asawa namin ngaun?
pls help po

pls help naman po. continuation po eto nung case ko. nun ngpkasal kc kmi s manila City.hall San juan po ang gnamit n addres n g x hub ko at s San juan dw nai file un. valid p dn po kya un kaht hnd tga dun ung ex hub ko at d naman km dun ngpksal S San juan?

confirm mo sa nso and review mo m.c. mo. but i believe valid ang kasal nyo once mag reflect ito sa nso. try to get cenomar. or papano ka naka pag pakasal without presenting a cenomar which is 1 of the req?

anyway if valid ang kasal mo sa x-bf mo? and nag asawa na sya ulit. pwde ka mag demanda ng bigamy. but be aware and prep na pwde sya mag counter charge sayo ng adultery dahil nag paksal ka din sa iba. it doesnt matter kung cno nauna. both of you are violating the law of marriage.

what if may mangyari n d mganda s ex ko, hal. mamatay cya, cnu po ang magiging benefiacy nya, ung anak at asawa nya ngaun po b o ako? and vise versa pag ako naman po? (knock on wood) cnu naman magiging beneficiary ko ung anak at mstr ko po b ngaun o ung ex hub ko?

First of all hindi mo pa sya ex dahil technically kasal pa rin kayo dahil hindi naman na annuled or divorced ang kasal nyo! kaya kapag nawala ang isa sa inyo beneficiary mo sya at beneficiary ka nya! Unless lumabas ka ng bansa at foreigner ang asawa mo then stuck ka under Philippines jurisdiction!
Yung second marriages nyo bigamy yun!

bakit pag yung unang asawa mo ang mamatay, walang knock on wood? Sa aking palagay, dahil valid pa rin ang kasal mo sa una, ang lahat ng naipundar nyo ng kinakasama mo ngayon ay hindi ka kahati kundi ang anak nyo at yung kinakasama mo lamang ang maghahati. Sa mga benefits gaya ng insurance, sss, gsis, pag-ibig fund, o iba pang ahensya ay yung legal husband mo ang may karapatan mag-claim doon sakaling mauna ka (knock on wood).

anu po ang pwd kong gawin bukod s annulment, kc po ayaw naman mkipg cooperate nung dati kng asawa? ska po nag abroad cy kc pinag resign cy ng head namin s work dahl po may complaint s aming 2, govt employees po kc kmi 2 pti ung bgong asawa nya.

annulment lng po b ang only way para ma null & void ung 1st marriage ko? paano ko po maipa file un kung nsa kuwait ung dati kng mster?
pls explain naman po ung process ng annulment case gaya s akn.
PLS HELP,naguguluhan n po kc ako at natatakot.

pipz, imo, even if you get a subsequent annulment, you will still be liable for bigamy or immorality in civil service.
