Hi. We are planning to go on a team building and somebody suggested to include polygraph testing to get to know employees better and vice versa. I know that there's an EPPA law in the US but not sure about the legal implications here in Manila.

Is there a law here that may prevent employers to use polygraph for pre-screening applicants and screening existing employees?

polygraph for team building? you really think it will build better relationships?

imo, under current law, taking of polygraph test should be purely voluntary
