question: ehem muna.. isa pang ehem..Smile

im not a regular employee.. nor not a contractual. according sa contract dito sa star cinema. este! sa comp ko pla? my employment status is "consultant"

they pay my salary every 5th and 20th day of the month.. (hour/rate)

may iregulasyon bang nagaganap sa ganitong scenario?

dpt kase nag karon ako goodlooking feyslak na lng eh. para nag artista na lng ako. ahihihihi:)

kung bakit kase kay saklaf ng life..Sad

di bale.. nxt life sana.. pwde ng pumili ng muka!! at pag nag ka ganon?? bwahahaha

its payback tym! awww!! :p

good day atty, parang may pagkakaparehas po kami ni raheem, hindi ako contractual kundi IT consultant naman, on my case po under agency naman po ako for 1 year and na assign ako sa isang client nila for a certain project , tapos based po dun sa contract hindi daw po sagot ng agency ang sss,pagibig,philhealth. mandatory po ba ang ang government benefits? my rights po ba sila na hindi sagutin ang mga benefits? and may deduction po silang 2% para sa tax per month.. ang ipinagtataka ko naman po wala po akong tin no. pero may tax akong binabayaran.

nasa designing/engineering group po aq. we sign here a contract every 5 or 6 months, continous contract as long as may proj. consultancy services po ang nature ng comp. its a group of designers and engineers. about sss. philhealth, medicare, etc..etc.. is dpende samin if like namin i apply and its going to be self application. tax is fix to 10% of gross income every pay period. thoug we have our copy of 2307 tax witheld every deduction.

we dnt have any Vls or even Sls.. "no work no pay" policy. thoug we accept the contract. its take it or leave it. wla naman pilitan. kya lng? ask lng ba if this is legal or there is something irregulatory happening?

even you're a consultant under an agency still, dapat may contribution ka sa [b]GOVERNMENT MANDATED BENEFITS[/b] kaya nga sinabing "mandated"..with regards naman sa tax ( may TAX ang Above min rate)na may deduction ka w/o TIN..ok lang yun pwede naman yung SSS mo muna pero as soon as possible dapat maasikaso na yung mga papers mo sa BIR para less worries..

sir question. nagbigay na kasi ako ng resignation letter sa boss ko, pinirmahan naman niya at pumayag siya. ang problema ko nalaman ng agency yung resignation ko from the HR at hinaharang ako ng agency ko, i need to pay daw the pretermination fee kasi daw hindi tapos ang contract ko. kinausap ko ang boss ko at nag suggest ako na iterminate nlng ako pero wala daw valid reason para iterminate ako. i consider doing awol pero magbabayad naman ako ng pre termination fee..any suggestions po ba? salamat!

termination lng kasi ang way para di ako magbayad ng penalty.. project based kasi ang contract ko. na hire kami hindi pa nagsisimula ang project almost 8 months na.. naka nganga lang kami sa opisina. may mali rin kasi ang client. naghire sila ng project based contract pero palyado ang project..

raheemick, imo, that is a scheme to prevent you from being a regular employee. seems they have the bases covered with the documentation, but under that set up. you should be charging them VAT or percentage tax and issuing receipts. you can raise the matter with the nearest dole office.

oloap, it's hard to advise unless we see what is stated on your contract.
