Attorney, can I ask something can I file monetary damage to may husband mistress there are both in Kuwait living together with their child having a fake marriage so that the government there could not arrest them. Attorney where can I filled this case? Directly to the police station or can I file it to the n.b.i?

i recommend you file it when they are here else it will be put on hold. but if your demand is not more than 100k, then you can file a small claims case. rules on sc.judiciary.gov.ph

it think sky is the limit. ang problema is ang filling fee, habang lumalaki ang claim tumataas din ang filing fee.

what if di makabayad ang accused? how long po ba pwedi mag demand or magfile ng kaso for monetary demand ang legal wife?

in small claims, the limit is 100k. if you want to spend more, you can hire a lawyer.
