unpaid credit card outside the country

Ask ko lang bakit po may mga iba na nadi deny na visa or yung iba di naiisuhan ng pataka or iqama pag ikaw ay loan or CC defaulter sa ibang GCC.

Totoo po kaya eto or nananakot lang po yung iba na nag post post sa ibang website forum.?

Second: for ever banned ka na po ba sa UAE pag ikaw ay absconder or di na bumalik from your vacation dahil po sa kadahilanang delayed yung salary ng 3 months and wala namang naiwang utang sa UAE? or makakabalik pa rin po after 5 or more yrs syempre bago na yung passport nyon di po ba?

Ask ko lang po kung may nakukulong po sa credit card? May nagtxt po kasi sa akin about subpoena and warrant advisory.. may ppnta daw po sa bahay namin na sherrif officer for bench warrant and writ of preliminary attachment.. wala na po kasi akong work last june pa kaya di ko na po nabayaran.. need ko po ba ientertain yung tao na pupunta? Ano po ba gagawin nila sa akin?? Isasama po ba nila ako sa police station o ikukulong po ba nila ako??

Hindi sa pag issue ng visa ang magiging problema mo kundi baka pag dating mo sa immigration ng GCC country na pupuntahan mo ay dakipin ka na at padeport ka kung saan GCC country ka may utang kung ikaw ay kinasuhan ng pinagkakautangan mo.
Kung palarin ka naman na makalusot ka sa immigrations, sa pagissue naman ng govt documents ang pwede ka magkaproblema since may mga proseso na ginagawan ng imbestigasyon ng kapulisan.
About naman sa ban, pwede mo icheck ang status ng ban mo sa police station kung saan ka nireport.

I said this because I myself owe Saudi British Bank about 50K when I left Saudi but that is because I happened to be on a holiday and there's bombing everywhere targetting foreigners and I fear to go back because they killed a pale skinned color Filipino because he was mistaken as westerners. The Bank did not chased after me but some Filipinoes who knew I owe the bank tried but I told them to "F off! and let them know I know the law when it comes to debt policy in Middle East" since then they never tried again!
