A daily paid employee is absent without pay before a legal holiday is she entitled of the holiday pay if unworked legal holiday.

today is june 12 araw ng kalayaan so legal holiday right!!

our company decide na i-SWAP ang holiday sa saturday june 15 2013 so walang PASOK (june 15 2013)and today is regular holiday... but still BAYAD padin ang june 15 2013 (saturday)

PROBLEM is...

panu ko po babayaran ang holiday!!! san po aq mag base...

* sa before holiday (june 11 2013) kung sino lang po pumasok ay iyon ang bayad????

* sa mismong araw ng holiday (june 12 2013) kung sino lang po ang pumasok..ay iyon lang ang bayad???

* o sa friday (june 14 2013) before the day na i-swap ang holiday(june 15 2013) kung sino lang pumasok iyon lang ang bayad????


sana po may sumagot po agad sa aking katanungan isa po aq sa HR ng aming company ako ay TIMEKEEPER
sa dami ng aming empleyado (1300 person) e ayoko po na magkamali po ng pasahod sa kanila sana po ay matugunan nio po ang aking tanong maraming salamat po..

since ni swap nyo yung holiday.. regular day ang June 12 nyo.. so ang magiging holiday nyo eh June 15.. so ang ruling a day before the holiday.. so June 14 dapat present or may leave with pay para mabayaran ang June 15..

dapat malinaw yan sa MEMO na papalabas nyo at dapat majority ay nag agree dyan sa swap..
