hi i would like to ask about land ownership. My father died bought a land without a title. He just had it surveyed. when he died our neighbor started claiming a portion of a land particularly in our driveway. We have no receipt or a deed of sale that would give a proof on our ownership. The seller of the land also died so there is no chance of asking another proof. However one person was a witness with the transaction can I ask the person to write a letter that would provide proof in our authority towards the land. What would I do we are currently disturbed by our neighbor.
