Gud pm.ask ko lng po ano yung requirements for petition for child custody and support? gusto npo makipaghiwalay ng husband ko and hindi na din po namin maayos rel namin. Madami mo sya extra marital relationships and i feel being verbally, emotionally nd psycholigically abused..gusto ko po sana everything in writting..gusto ko po mgfile ng petition para sa custody ng dalawang anak ko my eldest is 5yrs old (with slight autism ) and my youngest is 1 yr nd 6mos..knowing my husband alam ko po na magkakaron sya ng ibang partner gusto ko lng assurance na ssuportahan nya ang mga bata since my eldest is a special child, she is having an expensive therapies and need to go to a sped school..ano po ba ang una kong dapat gawin?
