obviously it was not all fake because the marriage was registered.

the marriage is void, but he will have to have that marriage declared void before he marries you.

Attorney, how does he go around with it? I mean, what is the procedure on how he could declare his marriage void?

Hi Yourfavemistake,

If your boyfriend was married to a transgender, then their marriage is void from the very beginning because they are both male.

For purposes of remarriage, there must be a court order declaring the marriage as null and void, hence, your boyfriend must file a petition for declaration of nullity of marriage.
