Paano po ba mapapa walang bisa ang kasal sa ganitong sitwasyon?
Di na kasi ma-trace yung tao na gumamit ng ibang identity.
Ano po ba ang kailangan para makapag file ng Declaration of Nullity of marriage.

if you can prove fraud, you can use it for annulment or file a petition and ask the court for a declaration of presumptive death of the .absent spouse

Halimbawa po na mag provide ng statement or affidavit ang relatives (magulang) ng 'ghoster' na ang gumamit ng identity ay hindi nila anak o wala silang anak na ganoon ang identity - sapat na po ba yun evidence to prove fraud?
