Hi po, I need an advise po regarding sa nareceive ko na copy ng motion for reconsideration from my previous employer's lawyer. Sa pagkakaintindi ko po their lawyer failed to appear on a certain date ng hearing thus asking for reconsideration.
Pero this is the first time I received this copy and I don't even have the copy of the case pero nagulat po ako kasi binigay po ng relative ko na kakabalik lang from province. Sa province po kasi yung old address ko pero sa Cavite na po ako now residing.
I have heard when i left the company na kakasuhan daw ako due to some reasons na violation daw sa contract pero I had my resignation rendered and received my termination pay po. I have not received a copy or document about the case pero yung iba na kasama ko nagresign nakareceive daw po ng copies... So I ignored it kasi I really have not received it.
It was 2008 pa po. Tanong ko lang po, if I have not received any document requesting me to appear in court does it count? Does this mean on going ang case po? Please advise me what to do din po sana. Thanks!
