ask lng po sana ng advice, ito po sitwasyon

nagarent po kami ng commercial space for around 20 yrs with contract po yun, but noon 2009, nag expired na po ang last written contract but still we continue to rent the premises till the present time. ngayon po, ang whole building (portion of which po ang space kung saan kami nag rent) pinarentahan sa iba. ngayon jun nagrenta sa whole building gustong baguhin ang systema, like paliitan ang portion na ginagamit namin, increase ng rent unto 50%. hindi po kmi giinform ng original lessor na pinarentahan nya sa iba ang whole building, we (all the lessee) were surprised hung sinabi ng nag rent ng whole building na kenya na dw kmi magbayad at yun daw po (stated above) ang condition nya.

ano po ba ang nararapat gawin sa ganitong sitwasyon.
