INHERITED PROPERTY, BUT DAD'S SIDE OF THE FAMILY WANTS TO RENT OUT 1 UNIT AND FORCING MY MOM TO MOVE HER STUFF

Good day, I'm having a problem with my Dad's side of the family. See, i inherited 2 units of an apartment structure out of 6. One of the 2 units is being rented out and all income goes to my grandpa. The other is where i grew up most of my life and also where my mom lived. She still has her stuff in there but my grandpa, aunt and uncle wants her to move her stuff out so they can rent it out. My dad left me a will stating that i inherit both properties that he acquired due to deed of sale. i have all documents and the original will. Would it help to send my dad's side of the family if i send them a copy of the will so they recognize me as the owner? also the arrangement of all rent going to my grandpa that my dad agreed to, do they have a right to still hold me to that arrangement or can i go ahead and do what i wish to do to the property as i see fit? if the will has not yet been probated by the court, file a petition for probate of your father's will so all heirs will be clarified and the properties of your father will be distributed according to his legal wishes.
