My Aunt bought and paid for a land total of four properties but it was named to my Lolo. Right now, my Lolo is getting old and sick. We would like to ask if my Lolo can execute a Deed of Donation to my Aunt who happened a dual citizen (Filipino and Canadian)?

Is the Deed of Donation, is the right thing to do? Please advice.

Also, the properties are paid by my Aunt not by my Lolo. We would like to ask what appropriate documentation needed in order to transfer these properties to her which in reality her properties?
