Arresto Menor

My employer wishes to make a change to an employment contract (Philippines) which requires the employee to take on some extra responsibilty (15-20% of role). Is it legal to do this - there is no change to status, salary. thanks

i will say that in general, the employer has the right to give additional tasks.
