Hi. I would like to ask, is it legal to hire someone as an instructor in a state university then designate that person as an accountant? That person is doing 2 jobs within the 8 hour period. Being an accountant also takes a lot of responsibility and risks. Is there any law that prohibits this?

imo, it has to be consensual, and the employee should put it on record if he is refusing
