Hi,
I am one of the victims of Filmal Corporation, wich is also connected to Globe Asiatique. We asked Filmal if I can refund the whole amount of my equity for the house and lot that failed to deliver on a given date. That is due to the issue of Pagibig with Globe Asiatique. Sabi ng Filmal, hindi ko raw po makukuha ang whole amount of my payments due to MACEDA LAW. so they computed the amount to be refunded and it turned out na only 60k na lang makukuha ko, from my payment amounting to 240K, kasama sa deductions ay kung anu anong charges like, agent's commission and others. Baket ganun, sila na nga ang may problem, kami pa ang nawalan. I did not go for pag ibig scheme, under kami ng In-house financing.
