Credit card Agent harrasment

Dear Sir,

I worked in Bahrain for a Hotel that was shut down due to (California Hotel) bad business, we (workers) worked without payment for over 3 months until the hotel was took over by the new management. Since the new management bring their own people, they decided to terminate my contract and send me home without paying my unpaid salary for the past 3 months.
3 months before sending me home, I use my credit card to purchase food and my personal needs and leaving my unpaid credit in the Bank.

Now there is a company called Bilkish who is harassing me and my family in the Philippines claiming they were agent demanding to collect the money from me for the payment.
Since my credit is in overseas Bahrain, Do they have the rights harass me and file a case against me? What i am going to do.

I have the same problem with mr. allantuppil. I worked in dubai for two years. Nagresign ako s work dahil nagkaroon ng problema at kinailangan kong bumalik ng pinas. Almost 1 year din po akong walang work. After 3 years, natunton ako ng collection company na Bilkish. Andito ako ngayon sa singapore at kasalukuyang nagwowork. Kaya lang hinaharass ako ng Bilkish agent, at pati s employer ko nagsend sya ng email na my police case na nakafile laban sa kin s dubai dahil s hindi pagbayad ng credit card ko. Nakalagay din s email na magpo-proceed sila s interlope case pag hindi ako nakipag cooperate. Dahil s ginawa ng Bilkish, kinausap ako ng employer ko at may posibilidad daw na materminate ako dahil s interlope case. Ano po ba ang interlope case? Posible po bang makasuhan ako... wala pa pong 20,000 aed ang sinisingil nila s kin. Pero sige pa rin sila sa panghaharass. Di ko na po alam ang gagawin ko...Single parent ako at may sakit ang nanay ko...Ano po ba ang tamang gawin? Gusto ko rin nmn pong makabayad s utang ko s kanila. Pero di ko alam kung hanggang magkano yung amicable settlement na sinasabi ng Bilkish.
