who enforces final supreme court decision?

The supreme court has made a final and executory judgment.However, the offending party refuses to comply.What is the remedy?

Hindi kc ako abogado, pero ako nagdemanda nuon ng "estafa" at nag-appeal hanggang sa supreme court. Ng dumating ang judgment after 9 years, pinadala sa first court where I filed the case. Ung idimanda ko at ako pinadalhan kami ng summon to appear at sila ang nag-execute ng final decision ng courts of appeal...siyempre ung abogado ko kasama ko... tpos ang kaso to pay me back the amount and to pay indemnity to the court, or equivalent imprisonment kung wlang pera... Ganun lng,.. Basta't nabalik ung pera ko, okey na sa akin, pero ung indemnity nging problema ng court kc naging doble ng binayaran nia sa akin, ewan kung nakulong cia...gud luck
