My girlfriend has a illegitimate daughter (3 years). Wish to marry and I want to adopt the daughter (I ldo not live in the Phil. and wife and child would come to live in Europe). I have read that we would require the consent of the father, even though he has never financialy supported either mother & son.
Due to this we wish to go to court, so that she can gain full custody oiver the child and we can then adopt the child.
I have seen the requirements and that this could be quite a legal battle. The question that I have is how high that the fees for such a court case could be. I am aware that each case differs but a rough indication would be great.
Is it something more like Peso 30'000.0-50'000.00 or 50'000.00- 1000'000.00 or 100'000.00-200'000.00 or above 200'000.
