Arresto Menor

hi nagfile ako ng complain against sa boss ko at sa hr namin sa NLRC. what if hindi sila sumipot sa scheduled hearing? kasi nung sa DOLE palang hindi sila pumunta. kung sa NLRC ba ano gagawin skanila pag hindi sila nag-appeal?tnx
