Renewal of NBI Clearance Using Maiden Name After Annulment

I got my NBI clearance last year (2012) with my married name on it but I have been annulled in 2011. Although I used my married name, I put my civil status "Annulled" in getting the NBI clearance last year. I heard that I should have used my maiden name and put the married name as alias. I'll be renewing my NBI clearance, what should I do? Would it be a renewal and bring along my old NBI clearance, or would it be a new clearance? Thank you.
