Question lng po. Na terminate ako last year due to redundancy then na re-hired ng same company. Un bang tenure ko ba mapuputol or didirecho? dpat kc 1 year n ako and entitled na sa mga benefits. Ngaun kc sabi d2 since new account ako reset ung tenure.
