Hi need need legal advice: I just got hired by a company part of their employment contract that "in the event, after the execution of their contract, If I fail to commence work or report to the company on the effectivity date of my contract, I shall be liable to the company for liquidated damages equivalent to the sum of one month salary and other fees. Is this legal?
