I'd like to ask if we still have right with the land my grandfather tilled for a long time. My grandfather died several years ago, so as my father and his 2 siblings. We found out from MARO or DAR that my uncle(brother of my father) transferred the right of the land to him as soon as my grandfather died. Recently, I talked to the wife of my uncle. I asked her if she holds any proof like a letter stating that my grandfather transfers the right solely to my uncle or a letter stating that my father and their sister agreeing to him possessing the sole right to the land, but she doesn't have any. A few months ago, the land was sold and the wife of my uncle asserted that we do not have right with it. Do we still have a claim with the land?
