Arresto Menor

my husband was accused of drunk driving resulting in property damages..the case here is my husband's vehicle was hit on its back bumper and the driver of the other vehicle was a minor (17 yrs. old)...my husband's driver's license at that time was left at home so he was detained at the police station overnight.the other party filed a case against my husband and we also received the notices and then the notices from the judge that the case was resolved twice..first, it was resolved because of lack of evidence by the other party, secondly that the other party admitted that their vehicle was situated at the rear so they have all the available action/precaution to avoid the impact with the vehicle at the front. i would like to ask if will my husband be implicated with their accusations even if in my own understanding it is them whom we should be accusing..

In my opinion, based on that resolution by the judge, the accusations are baseless. They are barking at the wrong tree, all they want to prove is that your husband clearly violates the law by driving without license, and they want to use this logic to implicate him to any accusations therein.

Driving without license is a violation that is apprehendable by the LTO as the proper government agency and not by anyone.
