Good day Attys. i really need your assistance regarding with my issue. I resigned from my company last may 2011. I haven't got my clearances cleared yet because i went back schooling. Can i still have my backpay? I was employed from nov 2010-may 2011. Thanks in advance, ps: i'm currently with a different company since i left my first company

i just have a question atty...my back pay was released feb 28, 2013 and my previous employer didn't give computation of my final pay.. i'm still wondering how they computed it because they didn't give the any documentation to justify the amount that they released.. honestly, it's not the amount that i've expected since i was not able to get my tax refund last year (2012) my last day with them was jan 3, 2013.. thanks! hope to hear from you soon...
